Order terms and conditions



• Our prices include full set of disposable cutlery and complete layout of buffet table.

• $50 delivery charge for all districts. For deliveries to CBD districts, an additional surcharge of $5 per delivery applies.

• Pre-setting is required for function.

• Delivery charge for eve and on Public Holidays is $50. (Waived for orders above $800 food only)

• For set up on non-lift level, additional labor surcharge is $20 per level, max 8 steps. Transport charges will still apply. For all non-lift level buffets, transport charges are waived for orders above $800. The management reserves the right to amend the invoice on-the-spot if manual deliveries is found to be non-lift level or without path walk.

• Manpower will be arranged for collection (4 hours upon arrival). Last collection will be at 10:00 pm (Collection time is negotiable for event/function with 100 pax and above). For collection after 10pm, a surcharge of $55 applies. Collection on next day during festive seasons is $70.

• Any changes or cancellation are to be made at least 7 days prior to the event/function or surcharge will be levied. • Cancellation charges are imposed at 50% upon order confirmation.

• 90% surcharge will be levied for order cancellation within 24 hours of the event/function.

• Payment will be collected upon delivery and set-up of the event/function. We accept payment by CASH or CHEQUE. Please cross your cheque and made payable to “Broson Catering Pte Ltd”.

• Arrival of food will be within 1/2 hour of stated delivery time unless due to unforeseen circumstances, eg heavy traffic jams or parking problems, etc.

• All customers and their guests are advised NOT to handle the burning wax below the food warmers as it is very flammable. It should be left to burn out on its own.

• Customers are responsible and liable to pay for any loss, burnt, breakages or damage of equipment during the duration of the buffet.

• Please inform the management should you have specific needs (e.g. vegetarian, additional tables & chairs) to facilitate a smooth and successful event. However, this is subject to availability.

• The management reserves the right to make changes to items on the menu without prior notice. (e.g. non-availability of raw materials or late arrival of supplier’s stock)
